If at any time an owner is not responded to within 12 business hours (business hours being between 8:30am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), the owner will receive a credit to their account equal to that month’s management fee** charged for the property the owner is inquiring about. The 12 Hour Response Guarantee is limited to the amount of $125 and limited to email or text sent to SOTO Property Solutions.
