We have such strict measures in place to ensure that all of our managed properties are continually up to current codes that we will Guarantee your home will be up to code. Many times, code noncompliance is caused by tenants altering the premises after move-in. We will correct the code item and charge the tenant accordingly for those instances.

Landlord agrees to pay SOTO Property Solutions to keep property up to code when an issue arises not caused by tenant. If SOTO Property Solutions fails to correct the code violation in the time required by the municipality, SOTO Property Solutions will pay any associated fines up to $500.
