Try our services for 90 days and if you are not 100% satisfied, you may cancel your contract and you will receive a full 90- day refund of your management fees paid.

If an owner is unhappy with our services within the first 90 days of our agreement and terminates our services, they will be refunded management fees** collected during that first 90 day period. These funds will be delivered to the landlord at the same time as the landlord reserve funds which are usually up to 30 days after termination to account for any and all accounting bills still due to be processed.
