Move In Process
- One application per resident, 18 years of age or older, planning to live on the premises.
- Applications consist of a credit check, employment verification, rental history, criminal background check, and PetScreening. Details are in the application packet.
- Applications take one-three full business days to process. Be sure to turn in your ID and Proof of Income so there’s no delay. We will call you when complete.
- Once approved, you have two business days to pay the security deposit through your online tenant portal. Cash is not accepted. If it’s not paid on time, the property will go to the next applicant in line. Paying the deposit obligates you to sign a lease or you forfeit the deposit.
- Once the deposit is paid, you have up to two weeks from your approval date to take possession.
- All tenant responsible utilities must be in the tenant’s name within 24 hours of lease signing.
- A link will be emailed to set up your tenant portal so you can review and sign your lease and move in inspection and pay rent online.
- Lockbox code with key will be given to you on your lease start date.
