Pet Policy
For our pet friendly places, pets may be allowed subject to completion of pet addendum with prior notification and consent of SOTO Property Solutions. Additional fees will be incurred in the form of a non-refundable Pet Fee between $200-$300 due upon execution of the addendum and an extra monthly charge between $35-$100 for every month the pet is on the property based on PetScreening's Fido Score. SOTO Property Solutions has the right to approve or deny the type and number of pets. Only pets identified on the pet addendum will be allowed on the property. If a new pet is being considered, please fill out the PetScreening at https://sotoproperty.petscreening.com/ and notify SOTO.
At properties that do not allow pets, pets are not allowed on the property at any time either on a temporary or permanent basis.
